The SKO plays as you like it! ... namely the greatest hits with the most clicks of SKO pieces on Spotify: from evergreen Baroque classics streamed millions of times, such as Bach's Air, Pachelbel's Canon (no, it's not the only work by this composer) or Vivaldi's catchy tunes to the crown jewels of Viennese classical music to the classics of the future, which, according to all predictions, will include Valentin Silvestrov's meditative works – not least thanks to reference recordings such as those provided by the Stuttgarter Kammerorchester. And the best thing about it? The music this evening comes handmade, in real time and in colour from a top ensemble whose self-imposed goal long before digitalisation was, and always will be, to introduce the whole world to classical music and classical-style music. It is presented musically and satirically by someone who, according to his own statements, took his first upright steps straight to the piano. Today, he is not only an award-winning cabaret artist, entertainer and ‘Klaviator’ with countless shows on radio and television, but he also has a huge output of songs and lyrics, all written by himself, in store: Lars Reichow. ‘You simply have to experience this man live!’ (Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung)
